Administrative Policies

Refund Policy
Participants may request a refund within seven (7) days of program completion. At least 50% of the program fee will be refunded upon submission of feedback outlining the reason for dissatisfaction.

Program Cancellation Policy
If a program is canceled, registrants will be notified immediately and will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.
