This online session addresses the hidden challenges faced by technical managers promoted into leadership roles without adequate training. Participants will learn strategies to bridge the gap between technical proficiency and people leadership, improving organizational outcomes and engagement across generations.

• Identify the two “skills gaps” most common in emerging technical leaders.

• Apply resilience and questioning strategies to strengthen leadership effectiveness.
