My Journey and Commitment

Who I Am:

I'm a devoted wife of over 23 years and a newly empty nest parent, enriched by a family legacy of entrepreneurship and resilience. Growing up, I watched my parents build successful ventures, instilling in me a deep appreciation for the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship. With two master's degrees in teaching and business administration, and a doctorate in marketing, my academic pursuits were fueled by a quest for knowledge and personal growth. This background has significantly shaped my approach to coaching and my understanding of the dedication required to achieve one's goals.

Throughout my 30-year career spanning management in the world’s largest company, academia, and HR, and most working alongside high-achieving professionals from various generations in the professional services industry, I have insights into the challenges today’s leaders face in their career journeys. Drawing on my diverse experiences, passion for learning, I remain grounded in the values that drive my work.

What I Do:

I partner with professional services leaders and firms to develop their leadership through customized coaching plans that align with organizational, professional, and personal goals. My approach combines one-on-one coaching with proven tools and techniques, including custom 360-degree feedback, peer mentoring, and assessments.

With extensive experience I bring unique insights into the generational dynamics in today's workforce. This understanding informs my coaching approach, helping leaders build the strategic, interpersonal, and adaptive skills necessary to navigate the complex, multigenerational business landscape.

My coaching is designed to be efficient, practical, and results-driven. I can work closely with HR and leadership teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and measurable return on investment.

Why I Do It:

Through my experience working alongside high-achieving professionals in the services industry, I've witnessed a common challenge: many talented individuals are promoted based on their technical expertise and billable hour utilization, but as they reach manager level, they often find themselves tasked with managing projects and people without having received adequate development in these areas. In today's evolving landscape, the path to partnership has shifted, and many leaders find themselves grappling with stress, burnout, and the challenges of business development.

I recognize that the skills and approaches that brought these leaders to middle management may not be sufficient to navigate the complexities of their new roles and the changing expectations of younger generations.
